Mr Yu Cheng Min, the head chef, is from Yi Lan, Taiwan, and has 28 years of culinary experience under his belt.

Noticing that Singaporeans have a huge interest towards Taiwanese food, drinks, places of interest, drama and culture, he made a resolution in 2017 to open his first restaurant featuring his hometown flavours.
