“Fuxn Salzburger Volkswirtschaft” – an honest effort to bring together a young city pub with a more human touch – with people and culture (on both sides of the bar!) – in one place! The warm days of the year are now over and winter has already clearly come to the fore.
One more reason to meet up with your loved ones at Fuxn on these cold and wet days to celebrate the enjoyment of regional products together. The current “winter” seasonal menu impresses with some warming dishes such as corn-fed chicken breast or tagliatelle, which are freshly prepared daily by the young kitchen team.
To make the culinary experience perfect, it is a good idea to consume one or two of Fuxn’s own products. For example, the organically brewed “Salzburger Volksbier” from the Gusswerk brewery in Hof or the Fuxn Cuvée, both red and white, from well-known winemakers such as Jörg Brez or Hartmut Aubell. In a nutshell, Fuxn is a young and dynamic restaurant far removed from any mainstream with quality and joy in what they do. Cheers!
