"With the El Gaucho in the country house, the steak concept shines in a completely new light. The historic vaults of the country house have been completely adapted, the breathtaking architecture merges here with modern experience gastronomy.
The stars are presented here in an elaborate and new way. The stars we are talking about are of course our steaks, which on the one hand come from Argentinian cattle from selected breeding as El Gaucho beef and on the other hand the Austrian dry-aged beef, which is dry-aged for 32 days and can therefore develop its full aroma.
Our main actors are accompanied creatively with inspiration "all over the world". The EL1 bar is also a popular meeting place until the early hours of the morning."
