Since 2006, we are dedicated to bringing unique Italian flavours to the hearth of China. We are driven by passion, guided by tradition, rewarded by guest satisfaction. Our dishes are prepared with ingredients of the highest quality in a just balance of flavours.

We strive for excellent taste. Therefore our Executive Chef Massimo Canzian personally sources, selects and utilises prime ingredients, most of them imported. We use pasta from Gragnano, Carnaroli rice, cold cuts and cheese from Italy, beef and lamb from Argentina, Australia and New Zealand, seafood from the Mediterranean sea and only from selected local fishermen.

 Italian Cuisine is our passion and we aim to transmit that through our dishes.
