This is a very new and clean restaurant, located on the first floor (entrance from ground floor) of a building that houses mostly United Nations personnel.

For this reason, at times the restaurant may seem like a cafeteria of a United Nations dormitory.

Nonetheless, the food is good, the service is professional and the atmosphere is bright and airy with a nice view of the Oubangui River.
