The Brasserie del Parque Forestal is located in the Castillo Forestal, built in 1910 by Alvaro Casanova Zenteno and inaugurated for the Centenary of Chile.

Since 2014, the Castillito del Parque has been given a new life with the concept of a French Brasserie using Chilean gastronomic ingredients and typical French recipes.

 Today, the Castle is listed as a National Heritage Site.
