Leo is a gastronomic concept that offers immersive experiences in two unique environments: Leo and La Sala de Laura. Under the vision of chef Leonor Espinosa and sommelier Laura Hernández, it fuses culinary philosophy and liquid proposal to create a sensorial journey that redefines the narrative of Colombian gastronomy, celebrating its exuberant biodiversity.

 Its proposal, called CICLOBIOMA, is inspired by the interconnection between humans, cultural heritage and the natural environment, honoring sustainability and local economies.
