Rous restaurant (ῥοῦς) was created In 2019 (Rous) restaurant by cousins Andreas Kyprianou and Costas Constantinou, with a dream at heart: “to create Cypriot fine dining”. Rous quickly garnered accolades, including “Top Notch” from Xrysoi Skoufoi and a place among the 50 best restaurants by WiZGuide. Rous, as the name implies, is an ever-evolving project and today a new version of the fine dining a la Chypriote is coming to life.
We aim to offer our guests an even more exclusive and unique experience, true to the Cypriot hospitality and in-line with the highest European standards. The menus: At ῥοῦς, we honor seasonality by focusing on the freshest ingredients, showcasing artistic presentation, and crafting delicious flavor combinations via 2 degustation* menus. The ῥοῦς Classic degustation menu: the essence of Rous, seasonal, sustainable, beautifully crafted with premium quality ingredients.
*It can be pescatarian, or vegetarian (must be requested at least 24h in advance) The ῥοῦς Discovery menu: a blind discovery as its names indicates. Let yourself be guided by the chef’s inspiration of the season. *A degustation menu could be compared to listening to a complete music album rather than just a few tracks. It tells a story with a beginning and end, allowing you to experience the chef’s full creative intention.
